My family took me here last night for my birthday dinner. I must say this place did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back here. The decor is so amazing, there is so much to look at. The staff is very friendly. Our waitress was a sweetheart and she was on the go. It wasn't too busy when we arrived but it was getting busier as we were leaving. My sister and her hubby had been here before and recommended it. They have hookah here as well. We opted for family style for 6 of us. Omg there was so much food! We all ate a lot! We still had enough leftovers to bring home 3 containers. I had one, my sis had one and my other sister and her hubby took the third home. Everything was so flavorful. We all opted for water and were brought out bottled water. They give you as much pita as you want. The hummus is authentic. I told my daughter who is half middle eastern when she comes to town we need to come here. The meat is so tender too. We really enjoyed all of the food and it's such a chill place. The couch seats were very comfortable and they had regular chairs on the other side. They have a bakery on one side of the restaurant. I'll have to check it out too. We decided to try a piece of baklava to share since we were stuffed. Omg!! It was the best I've ever had. Don't sleep on this place!

I visited for the first time in early March 2023 with some friends to celebrate a friend's 29th birthday. They are known for their hookah which a few of my friends ordered. I don't smoke so I didn't try it. AMBIANCE -- I love the ceiling details and all the middle eastern decorations inside the restaurant. It almost felt as if I was in Lebanon or Egypt even though I have never traveled to North Africa or West Asia. FOOD -- We all shared the family plate and the restaurant was able to split the bill between all of us. We got meat and aide dishes plus pita bread. It was all a big spread. I enjoyed the Kofta which is a lamb and/or beed skewer. The white rice was also so good that I can't describe. It was light and fluffy with some sort of herb in it. I also enjoyed the Tabouli (Tabbouleh) salad. SERVICE -- Excellent. The waitress checked on our table numerous times. Overall, I'll be back. This is a huge restaurant which sometimes plays live music but since COVID-19, they have lost business, according to a waitress, so it isn't as busy as it used to be. **** - 48/150 total reviews in 2023 - 599 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 30 March 2023

Very clean and pleasant place. The pastries are amazing. I had the peanut Baklava, which was simply delightful. Ordered the Shawarma plate with meat and the meat pie, just amazing. The gentleman who was so pleasant, with warm and genuine service. I love "mom and pop" places and this is one of them. Bonus after 4 PM they have a hookah/bar/dinning area where you can bring some friends. If you are a hookah lover like me, this is the spot!

Was driving by and stopped in for pastries. We had enjoyed eating here, Middle Eastern style, and knew the pastries were good, too. We took out Baklava, which is not as sweet as Greek, and has a different spice, with or without nuts, and it tasted good. We also got the Lady Fingers. They were rolled filo dough filled with chopped pistachios, spices and honey. Delicious. There were other pastries and meat sandwiches for take out. When in Ohio City, stop in. Cold drinks were in the cooler.

Came by for lunch, from the outside the restaurant looks closed but the bakery next to it has an open sign so we checked it out. Interior is heavily decorated and they have live arabic dj on the weekends. They have hookahs also. Anyway, food was surprisingly delicious! If you want some Mediterranean flavor check this place out. Sevice was great and friendly. All entrees came with salad and basmati rice we tried the shawarma lamb plate and their bestseller chicken Shish Tawook. All meats are tender, well seasoned and Reasonable price. Happy Tummy! Would love to be back.
